Knox United Church
Our Director of Human Resources and Administration, Dr. David Bruce, was recently invited to speak to the United Church Women of Knox United Church.
There was a great turnout and wonderful fellowship, as David tied the work of The Good Neighbours' Club to the work of St. Francis, and the text from the Gospel of Mark where Jesus says, "Whoever welcomes one of these little ones welcomes me."
The UCW made a donation of over $350.00 to The Good Neighbours' Club, and sent along a small boatload of corn on the cob for the Club's Thanksgiving celebration!
