That's just what happened to young Carter MacLean, a grade five student at Upper Canada College--but for all the right reasons.
For five years, Carter has been giving away his Halloween haul to the fellows of The Good Neighbours' Club. This year was no exception.
In fact, Carter has had a lot of success over the years getting his fellow students on board, handing over the sweet fruits of their labours.
