Fame and Rumour
Grey concrete, grey skies, grey hair. How do you inspire some creativity and zest among older men living on the margins in downtown Toronto?
Nunzio Presta had a bright idea. Bright purple, that is.
Mr. Presta's company, Fame & Rumour Apparel, made a marvellous donation of clothing to The Good Neighbours' Club that featured, among other things, splendid purple t-shirts that quickly became the talk of the Club.
A lot of our gentlemen are sorely tempted to wear only what blends in, things that won't get noticed on the street. A lot of our members, however, are talented, creative, and artistic souls, who were delighted to have a little colour injected into what can sometimes seem like a drab existence.
As Mr. Presta notes, "Fame&Rumour is a premium mens clothing line. Fame&Rumour as a brand represents class, comfort, creativity, consciousness and confidence, the key attributes to be successful. With that said, we make sure all our garments have these attributes in order to inspire our followers and customers; inspire them to have the confidence to achieve their goal and dream in life and to defeat all the obstacles holding them back."
